For the first time ever, the Principality of Monaco, historically renowned for its elite social standings and casinos, will host the World Gaming Expo trade show from 6 to 8 December.
Monaco stands as the jewel in the European casino crown, a glamorous locale adorned with some of the most prestigious gaming establishments on the continent.
In light of this World Gaming Expo is being held in the principality from 6 to 8 December, a tradeshow with top-end exhibitors and high-quality conferences.
Organisers are aiming for the event to draw gaming industry professionals from all over the world in order to best showcase the newest products and services and allow for networking, and more technical exchanges with experts.
Close to 200 of the industry’s most important companies will be exhibiting at the show ranging from software developers to financial advisers. The variety on show stands to affirm both the stature of the event, and the importance of attending for those involved in gaming.
WGE 2017 represents a timely chance for attendees to not only view the products that will shape the year ahead, but take stock of the period passed, a final face to face chance for many to touch base with industry colleagues and fellow professionals.
To complement the trade show aspect of the WGE 2017, there will also be a full conference programme that will address challenges and new trends, with talks being held across all three days. These will cover a range of most prominent market trends and developments including the evolution of iGaming, financial trading, new payment methods, gaming markets, and customers’ demands and expectations.
The Principality of Monaco is not only the world’s premier destination for luxury, it’s also renowned for its prestigious casinos, its congresses and events.
Every year, famous medical pharmaceutical, automobile and many other companies come to Monaco to organise their event. As of yet the gaming tradeshow market is not yet fully developed both in the principality, and in the wider Mediterranean area, and as a result the World Gaming Expo hopes that it can position itself as the not-tobe- missed event for major players in the field.
The quality of the infrastructure, the flourishing market of the casinos in their attractive setting, as well as a strong luxury hotel industry makes Monaco the ideal location to host WGE.
Organisers are hoping that the event will become a prominent feature on the list of high-calibre events held in Monaco, and establish itself as an important one in the gaming trade calendar.
