
Margaritaville at Sea, a new venture between Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville and Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line, will commence sailings from from Palm Beach, Florida to Grand Bahama Island in April 2022.
Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville is getting into the cruise business, partnering with Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line.
The cruise operator will be rebranded as Margaritaville at Sea and is set to begin sailings from Palm Beach, Florida to Grand Bahama Island in April 2022.
Going forward, Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line’s flagship vessel, Grand Classica, will be renamed Margaritaville Paradise. The 30- year-old vessel includes 10 passenger decks and 658 cabins in various stateroom categories.

Originally built for Costa Cruises, the vessel will undergo a multimillion dollar overhaul in advance of the sailings that will bring Margaritaville’s signature casual-luxe design to the ship’s cabins and public areas, the company said. The overhaul will include the addition of Margaritaville- themed venues such as a LandShark Sports Bar, a Margaritaville Coffee and Pastry Shop and a 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar.
The ship will also retain the traditional leisure and entertainment options, such as a casino, a theatre, spa, gym, and shopping options.

The Margaritaville brand has been expanding throughout 2021 with the opening of its Time Square resort, and the company’s expansion into the RV resorts business.
