Casino Gran Madrid and EGT deepen successful collaboration

EGT Madrid installation

Spain’s Casino Grand Madrid recently opted to install EGT’s Super Premier and Super Premier 75 cabinets, along with the bestselling P-42V St Curved cabinet and the Premium Link jackpot system.

Casino Gran Madrid and Euro Games Technology began their partnership two years ago and since then the range of EGT machines installed on operator’s gaming floors has been continually growing.

Casino Gran Madrid is pioneer in the Spanish market having founded the first gaming venue in Torrelodones, that later has become also the first online casino in the country, and opening a second centre of operations several years ago in the downtown area (Colón).

Today the two establishments receive 700,000 visitors from 140 countries annually and are proud to offer one of the most complete services in Europe in terms of tabletop gaming, slot machines and poker.

EGT Madrid installation“We continue to invest in our venues and in the latest technologies in our sector, as a way to keep our visitors’ satisfaction high and to ensure better competitiveness,” said Sergio Rupérez, head of product at Casino Gran Madrid. “Following that business strategy, we became partners with EGT, a gaming supplier that proved to share the same values as ours. We have already made several installations together and the slot machines we have chosen are unquestionably a means to success.” In December, the property upgraded their gaming offering with EGT’s Super Premier and Super Premier 75 VIP cabinet models. The Super Premier and Super Premier 75 feature large curved monitors, multimedia chairs with integrated stereo speakers and built-in volume control, while their stylish and contemporary design ensures they stand out on the gaming floor.

Another model recently installed in operator’s venue in Torrelodones was the P-42V St Curved cabinet, which is already a bestseller in many countries and popular in Spain. All of the slot machines are powered by EGT’s high-performing Exciter III platform and feature the Orange and Green Collection multi-game mixes, which both offer 48 gaming titles.

The flexible Premium Link jackpot system has also made its debut at Casino Gran Madrid’s properties, allowing all EGT’s games to be linked together in common mystery and symbol-driven progressive levels.

Commenting on the recent installations Kristian Kostovski, director of EGT Spain, emphasised how important the long-term cooperation with the operator is for the company: “EGT is becoming more and more popular in Spain and to a great extent we owe this to our work with operators of the rank of Casino Gran Madrid. We have plans to increase our sales in Spain, entering the B2 saloon sector more ambitiously in 2020.”
